• Report a missed bin or cleanup service
• Request a bin repair, replacement, or service change
• Report illegal dumping
• Submit waste education enquiries
• Log in anytime using the same mobile number to track, update, or cancel existing requests

To access the portal, verify your mobile number and select your property address.

Enter your mobile number and we’ll send you a 4-digit code to confirm it’s you.
This keeps your requests secure and private.

📍 Step 2: Confirm Your Address

Start typing your street address and select your property from the list.
Have more than one property? No problem — you can add extras.

Select the Service you need.

You can log in anytime with your mobile number to:

• View current requests
• Update or cancel requests
• See your request history

🔒 Your Privacy is Protected

Only the phone number that created a request can see or update it. This keeps your request data secure.
